This helps Second Chance Pets with pet care costs.
Remi is a loving and sweet brindle Chihuahua mix. She loves playing with her dog buddies and splashing around in her doggy pool on a hot day. She is just under one years old and weighs 11 lbs. She was recently rescued from an overcrowded home where she did not get the care she needed. Remi has come a long way since being rescued, but she is still nervous and easily scared at times. She will need a quiet home and a patient and experienced owner that can give her the time and space she needs to adjust and feel safe.
Remi will need a home without children. She is very dog friendly and would do great in a home with other dogs or cats.

Please complete and return to us for review and to set up a meet and greet! Remi will not be attending our Adoption Events at this time.
Adopter for this dog must reside in the immediate Houston/Galveston area and be at least 25 years old. A home visit may be required prior to this dog going to any home. The adoption fee for a dog is $190 (or $245 for puppies). All dogs are microchipped, on heartworm protection, spayed/neutered, vaccinated, de-wormed and treated for fleas. Adoptions are held on Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Clear Lake Petco, 2410 Bay Area Boulevard.
Since all our dogs are in foster homes, an individual dog may not be at our weekly Adoption Event due to conflict with a foster's schedule. If you are interested in meeting a particular dog, please send an email to scpdogworld@gmail.com so that the Dog Coordinator can let you know if the dog will be at the Saturday Adoption Event at Petco. If you just want to meet some other great dogs looking for their forever home, please come visit with us on Saturday!
