Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Pepper was surrendered to the shelter after her owner is moving into assisted living. He hated to give her up but she wasn't allowed to come with him. Pepper is a Pit mix of some kind with a pretty tri-clor coat pattern. She is so scared being here but will settle in as the days go by. She is good with other dogs. Never been around cats yet. She will be spayed before adoption.

Our hours are Monday-Wednesday, Friday, Saturday 12-3, Thursday and Sunday Closed.

More about this shelter

Our shelter is staffed by only a few employees so we greatly depend on volunteers to help care for our animals.
We work very closely with rescue groups to help move our dogs out of the shelter quickly. Our goal is to never have to euthanize for space. We cannot do that without rescue assistance because our adoption rates are very low.
