My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Animal Profile: Meet Blaze! Blaze was found as a stray and rescued by our  incredible rescue partner Saving Shelter Strays. He's energetic, social and adorable. Blaze loves kids, cats and livestock and is good with chickens. He spent a few weeks in a loving TX foster home and is healthy and thriving. He's well socialized and eager to learn.

Foster Update: Blaze is a 4-month-old Lab mix with a big heart. This social, adorable, energetic pup loves everyone - kids, cats, chickens, even livestock.  With a consistent before bed bathroom routine Blaze can sleep a full 8 hours in his crate without accidents,  He is also a great travel buddy who enjoys car rides, often drifting to sleep.  Blaze is smart, affectionate, eager to please, treat motivated, a sweetheart in every way! When left alone Blaze can be a little vocal. So at this time we are not considering apartments.

Adoption Info: Adoption fee is $575, which includes spay/neuter, current vaccinations per AVMA standards, microchip, negative heartworm test if over 6 months, and health certificate. Your donation may be tax deductible as DG is a 501c3 organization.
