My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Remi, a sweet girl 5-year-old with a gentle heart who’s still finding her confidence. She’ll be receiving a bilateral cherry eye repair (covered by us). On walks, Remi enjoys sniffing, exploring, and eventually relaxing by her person’s side—she even leans in for pets once she feels comfortable. While she can be a little nervous around other dogs, she’s much calmer in quieter settings and is learning to settle. Remi would do best in a home with patience as she adjusts, but with time, love, and consistency, she’ll blossom into the loyal companion she’s meant to be.

To meet Remi, visit the Best Friends Pet Adoption Center at 1845 Pontius Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90025. We're open daily from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm. You can also email us at adoptla@bestfriends.org. Please remember, pets cannot be held or reserved. Come by and see if Remi is the perfect match for you!
