Meet Lisa! Lisa came to us as part of a transfer from a partner organization and is only 5 months old. Despite her age, she is a shy but sweet girl who takes a little bit of time to warm up to new people and new environments. When she is comfortable, she is very excited and high energy, and is still learning her manners so she could benefit from positive reinforcement training. Lisa would do best in a home with children 13 years or older who would respect her boundaries and could potentially live with another dog pending a successful meet and greet. Lisa is a part of our SCI Fayette Training Program, which means she is currently residing off campus at the Fayette State Correctional Institution where she is living with selected inmates. While there, Lisa enjoys enrichment activities, positive reinforcement and force-free training. Basically, she lives full time with her new best friends and learns manners to better prepare her for you - her future family!
