Meet MJ – Sweet, Spicy, and Full of Personality!

MJ is a gorgeous 3-year-old girl with a big heart and just the right amount of sass. She was originally adopted as a kitten by a kind young woman, and for three years they shared a wonderful bond. Unfortunately, when her adopter got engaged, her fiancé’s severe allergies meant MJ needed a new home. With love and care, her owner entrusted her to HART to help her find her next forever family.

At first in her foster home, MJ was shy and unsure of all the changes. But with patience and gentle consistency, she slowly warmed up. Now, she happily joins in daily routines—lap time included! Her foster even reached out to her previous owner, who shared that MJ is quite the talker and sometimes even likes a playful “wrestle.”

True to her “sweet and spicy” personality, MJ loves affection on her terms but also has a few sensitive spots where she may give a quick swipe. She’s cooperative for claw trims and has shown she can be a wonderful companion for someone who understands and appreciates her boundaries.

Because she’s always been an only cat, MJ would thrive as your one-and-only feline queen. She’s best suited for an adult home (no young kids) where her spunky personality and affectionate side can really shine.
