My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Captain — the Ultimate Cuddle Buddy!
Captain is truly one of the cuddliest dogs you’ll ever meet. This sweet, affectionate boy loves people and wants nothing more than to be close to his humans. In the evenings, he’s basically a warm, happy weighted blanket on the couch — snuggling as close as possible and gently nudging you if you pause your pets. He’s the definition of a velcro dog and thrives on companionship.

Captain is house-trained and very responsive. If he’s getting into something he shouldn’t, a simple call of his name brings him right back to you. He loves couch time, tasty treats (he’s very food-motivated!), and de-stuffing toys. He may chew soft, plush materials, so durable toys are a great match for him.

Captain has so much love to give. He would do best with someone kind, gentle, and home more often than not — someone who appreciates a loyal snuggler whose love language is quality time and pets.

If you’re looking for a sweet, affectionate companion to share your days (and your couch!), Captain might be your perfect match. Come meet this sweetheart!
