Meet Chase! Chase came to us as a stray, in absolutely terrible condition. Emaciated and starving, with a necrotic tail full of maggots that needed to be amputated. Chase is now back to a healthy weight and sporting an adorable half tail. When we found Chase's owner, we were told that he had been missing over a month. Unfortunately Chase's owner did not to come reclaim him, and we are not sure why. He is the best boy! Chase spent quite some time in foster, and his foster family has lots of good things to say about him! He is potty trained, crate trained, and a big fan of toys! He loves to play with both people and other dogs, and would enjoy having another doggy playmate at home. Chase is a social butterfly and has loved every human he has met, he's always ready to make friends! If you have other animals in your home, we recommend bringing them in to do a meet and greet before taking Chase home. If you are interested in meeting Chase, please submit an adoption form on our website: fairfieldcountydogs.com and we will contact you to arrange a time to visit.
