Here's what the humans have to say about me:
⚡ Meet Gizmo — an adult lady with a tuxedo so fancy she makes every other cat in the room look underdressed.
Gizmo is sweet, affectionate, and basically a walking cuddle machine… with a side of elegance. She loves gentle pets, cozy laps, and making you feel like you’ve just adopted a tiny, furry VIP. Her striking black-and-white fur is so gorgeous it practically demands slow-mo admiration. 😸✨
She’s calm, loving, and the perfect companion for someone who wants a little sophistication with a lot of snuggles. Adopt Gizmo and bring home a classy, cuddly, and utterly charming cat who knows how to steal hearts… quietly, but very effectively. 🖤🤍🐾More information? Call Marion Area Humane Society at 740-389-6548 or email at manager@mahspets.org

More about this shelter
Marion Area Humane Society is a 501(c)(3), non-profit organization incorporated in 1967 under ORC 1717. We strive to educate, assist and protect the animals of the Marion area. Since 1986 have operated a shelter to provide a humane environment for homeless animals. In 2011 several generous donors and grants made it possible for a shelter renovation and addition of a separate intake section. MAHS operates a open-admissions shelter with a guilt and fee free surrender policy, to encourage owners who can not properly care or maintain proper living conditions for their pets to do the best thing for the pet. MAHS also provides humane investigations and a spay/neuter voucher program for Marion county.
