My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Mittens, a one-year-old, 9 lb. orange tabby with the cutest white paws—hence her name. She was found crying on a porch, begging to come inside, and has been showing her sweet personality ever since.

This gentle orange gal adores attention and a good cat toy. Mittens loves chasing toys like round balls or catnip kickers, and she sings with excitement when it’s mealtime. She can be a little shy at first, but once she feels comfortable, her playful and affectionate side shines through.

While Mittens isn’t aggressive toward other cats, she makes her boundaries clear with a hiss if they get too close. She doesn’t enjoy competing for attention and would be happiest as your one-and-only feline. If around other cats, she prefers smaller companions rather than those her own size.

With people, Mittens is affectionate and gentle—she loves to rub her head against your hand and soak up all the pets. She also does wonderfully with kids and is sure to make a loving, purrfect companion in the right home.

Her adoption fee is $200 and Mittens is vaccinated, FIV/FELV negative, microchipped, and spayed. If you're interested in this beauty, please fill out an application at https://form.jotform.com/201805462692153. For questions, email info@happilyfureverafter.org.
