My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet BRUNO!
Weight: 67 lbs,
Age: 3 yrs old
Breed: Malamute/Husky mix
Energy level: low/medium energy

Bruno is a fluffy, goofy, lovable boy who is playful and fun with people and dogs alike.

Bruno is a boy who makes you smile all day long. He is a goofball who would love a home with a confident, fun dog to spend his day with. He is a little shy with human strangers but will quickly warm up and become their best friend. He loves to make people smile.

If you feel this dog would be a good match (read below) complete an application found on our website at the following link:
https://www.mywayhomedogrescue.org/adopt/apply-to-adopt/

Bruno:
• is house trained
• is crate trained
• is a little shy until he gets to know you
• rides well in the car
• does well on leash
• is low key
• good with older kids (over 10 years old)
• loves to spend time with other dogs

Bruno is just as happy to chill out and rest as he is to run around and play, and enjoys the company of other dogs.

And if you’re a morning person, Bruno is the dog for you. He is always excited to start his day and is happy all day long. He thrives in a routine that he will learn quickly and brings joy to every moment.

Bruno is neutered, up to date on his vaccines, had flea treatment, dewormed, and is microchipped, was heart worm. His adoption fee is $400.

More about this rescue

My Way Home Dog Rescue is a small group of volunteers located in and around Portland, OR, helping one dog at a time. Dogs are housed in volunteer foster homes to assess their behavior and level of training, and to develop their basic social skills. They often have exposure to other pets and people that they would not get in a shelter setting. The stresses of group living in shelters sometimes masks a dog's true personality. We want our dogs to shine and strive to make the best match possible.
