Malnourished, tiny and feral, life had already been so hard for her at such a young age. With time and gentle care, Mötley is beginning to understand that people can mean safety, kindness, and good meals. She’s still a little scared at times, but she is getting so much better. With patience and love, we believe she will blossom into a wonderful companion. Approve Application
We review and approve applications prior to setting up meetings, as our dogs and some of our cats are in foster homes.

Meet the Pet
After approval, we will set up a meeting to decide if this is the right pet for you. Usually adoptions can be finalized that day!

We require a completed application and references. Our fees cover the vetting we have in our pets for adoption. We are looking for loving family homes who are wanting to adopt a new indoor family member.

You can visit our adoptable cats at our used book store/ cat adoption center, Cat Tales, located at 601 N Charles St. Portland, IN.
Our adoptable dogs are all in foster homes, so we schedule appointments to meet them once applications are approved.
