Ruckus is the perfect mix of playful and affectionate. He loves to romp around with his favorite cactus toy (it’s his absolute treasure), but he’s just as happy to snuggle up and enjoy some quiet time with his favorite humans.

All of our dogs and puppies go home spayed or neutered, microchipped, and heartworm tested (for dogs 7 months and older). They are also up to date on core vaccines, as well as heartworm, flea, and tick preventatives. Each adoption includes a 3.5-pound bag of dog or puppy food and a free vet exam at one of our participating veterinary partners.

Current programming such as our Adoption Program, Military Veterans’ Program, and Healing Paws Pet Therapy Program create positive, impactful connections between people and animals, improving the lives of both.
