This beautiful girl walks nicely on leash and likely has good house manners—she went straight to do her business when taken outside. Afterward, she happily jumped into her handler’s lap, showing just how affectionate she can be. Peaches is responsive and attentive—she ran over every time she was called, enjoys playing with soft toys, fetch and chasing a frisbee, and loves showing off her “sit” for treats, which she takes gently. From her previous home, we know Peaches is housebroken, crate trained, enjoys car rides, and has had obedience training. She is friendly with people and cats, though she can be dog selective, so introductions with new canine friends will be important. We recommend a home without children. All shelter locations are conducting animal viewing and adoptions on a first come, first serve basis. We are not able to move a pet from one location to another for your viewing.
The adoption fee is waived for all available pets in care and in foster homes. Standard adoption practices will still be in place, including background checks.
