Dylan is a lovely buff colored kitten who needs just the right adopter. He is very loving with some folks, but much more stand-offish with others. He is not a mean kitty, just unable to trust most people. Dylan was very loving with his foster's daughter, came to her for love and affection frequently, but avoided her mom. He should do well in a calm home with a single person. We are hoping he will find the right person again. Could you be the one?

All of our dogs, cats, rabbits & ferrets are spayed or neutered prior to adoption. Small animals are usually not altered. We have adoption applications, a short interview process, and an adoption fee for each animal. All animals (except rabbits & small animals) are up to date on all shots.

We hold adoption events on Saturdays at Petsmart in Mishawaka from 11-3. We also hold other events throughout the year. Heartland Small Animal Rescue is a non-profit serving South Bend & surrounding cities. We are comprised of a group of dedicated volunteers who work to find loving homes for homeless pets in our area.

Company Overview
Heartland Small Animal Rescue Inc. is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization serving South Bend, IN and surrounding towns by taking in homeless pets and adopting them out into loving homes. We also work closely with local shelters to reduce euthanasia rates by pulling animals and putting them in our program.
