Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Chili — the smart, spirited, and oh-so-fun adventure partner you’ve been looking for!
Chili is an exceptionally bright girl who loves to learn. She already knows sit, down, come, touch, and place, and she eagerly picks up new skills. Her enthusiasm for training makes her a joy to work with — she’ll even work for kibble!
This talented pup is also an agility prospect. During her very first introduction, Chili confidently tried every piece of equipment like a natural. If you’re looking for a dog to train, play sports with, or simply keep mentally and physically active, she’s your girl.
Chili is wonderful with other dogs and truly enjoys playtime. She loves to chase and be chased, but she’s also able to adjust her energy for more easy-going playmates. When she’s not romping with friends, she’s happy to chase balls and toys.
On walks or hikes, Chili does well — especially when you stay engaged with her. She’s very food-motivated, making training on the go easy and enjoyable.
She’s also welcoming to new people, including children, and gladly accepts gentle pets and attention.
Chili will thrive with an active adopter who loves to engage with their dog. And while she’s energetic and playful, once she’s had her fill of activity, she’s more than happy to settle down. Chili will gladly chill with you.
If you’re seeking a fun, smart, and affectionate companion, Chili is ready to bring joy, energy, and a whole lot of heart into your home!

Our adoption fee helps cover expenses (vaccinations, microchips, spay/neuter, food, housing) for the homeless pets we rescue. UAF does not adopt or ship outside the state of Arizona. To ensure the best fit, UAF conducts a home visit to meet other pets and verify a safe, secure yard.
If you have any questions or to adopt a dog an application must submitted. Filling out this form does not obligate you to adopt, but gives us the information needed to make sure the pet is suited to your home.
HOW TO APPLY: From Petfinder.com or the fastest way to get to the adoptable dog page is to copy and then paste this link into your browser: https://unitedanimalfriends.org/adoptable-dogs/
When you are on the UAF website select "Adoptable Dogs" and pick the dog you are interested in. To apply to adopt, go into the dog's profile, and click the gray "Apply for Adoption" button to get started.
You could be a life saver!
