Hunter is a sweet and playful Cavapoo puppy who was born in a puppy mill and is now thriving in his foster home. He’s learning what it means to be a beloved family member and is proving to be a fast learner. Hunter loves exploring the outdoors, playing ball, snuggling with his people, and going for car rides. He is great with kids and older dogs and would love to have a playmate in his new home—either a young, playful dog or children to keep him company.
This little guy is a velcro dog who thrives on attention and wants to be where his people are. He sleeps well in his crate, usually waking just once during the night to go out. Hunter has soft, curly hair that will require regular grooming to keep him looking his best.
Hunter is current on age-appropriate vaccines, microchipped, and on monthly flea and heartworm prevention. Because of his young age, he has not yet been neutered; he will go home with a neuter contract and partial reimbursement when neutered at 6 months of age.

Applications take 7–10 business days to process.
Approved application required before meet and greet.
No transport or cargo flights; adopters must travel to Decatur, IL.
All family members (including dogs) must attend the meet and greet.
