Hi! My name is Bruce Wayne. I am a
shepherd mix and am almost 6 months old. I’m neutered, microchipped, have had all of my puppy shots and my first rabies shot. I love to play with my foster brothers, we play lots of fun games together. I love going on walks with my foster siblings early in the morning and having snacks.
I am used to playing with my foster siblings, so having a canine sibling to help me learn new things would be so much fun. I like to nap near my humans under their bed or in my own soft bed nearby.
I have been helping teach our new foster sister how to be a good dog. I am also learning how to play gently with kittens. They run so fast, so I am learning to be gentle, and not chew on their toys.
I do sometimes get a little scared in the car or in new situations, but I do like learning new things. I am still learning that I am not supposed to chew on the leash on walks, I love the walks so much. I must take new things slowly. My big brother, Preston, always tells me to be brave and have fun.
I’m SO ready to find my Furever home!

If you are interested in one of our animals, please fill out an adoption application, located on our web site here: http://tubacityhumanesociety.org/adoptions/ . There is more information about our adoption process, including our adoption fees, on that page. In general, fill out an adoption application, and then photo or scan it to our email at tubacityhumane@gmail.com, and that enables us to start a conversation with you. From there, the foster would usually set up a meet and greet with the animal you are interested in. We like all family members to meet the animal, and any other pets as well. We do require a home check. Adoption fees do not cover our veterinary cost, but do help us to continue our work. All animals are up to date on vaccinations and spayed/neutered prior to adoption. Most animals are also microchipped.
