Say hello to Princess and Tenny, the sweetest little pair you’ll ever meet! These two senior ladies are a bonded duo who’ve spent years side-by-side — and they’re hoping to find a family who’ll let them spend their golden years together.
🐾 Princess is a charming Chihuahua-Terrier mix with a sprinkle of silver on her muzzle and a heart full of sunshine. She loves sitting on your lap, morning head rub massages, playing in the yard and giving that perfect “thank-you” nuzzle when she's content to her heart..
🐾 Tenny is her gentle sidekick — a soft-coated Shih Tzu/Chihuahua who’s equal parts calm companion and a funtime co-conspirator. She’s happiest cuddled up next to Princess or her person, soaking up the sun and is prone to spontaneous playfulness and naps.
Together, they’re low-key, loving, and loyal — the kind of dogs who remind you what unconditional love really looks like. They’re both house-trained, good watchdogs, love toys and thrive in a loving home with their Humans.

Meet the Pet
Most people meet the pets at our adoption events. We can also try to arrange a meet and greet.

Our applications have a two week trial period, if you or the dog finds that they are not a fit, you will get your adoption fee returned.

Gates must have lock(s), bars not too far apart where dog can fit through, holes under gates or wall, etc.

We will conduct a home check as well as a meet and greet with any existing animals in the home (they must be fixed and up to date on shots). Adopters will then complete the adoption contract and pay the adoption fee, which depends on the age of the pet, breed and any medical the dog received.

The primary goal of PAWsitive Difference is to rescue, foster and find forever families for displaced and abandoned dogs, as well as those from kill list shelters. We also support Veterans and senior citizens with keeping their dogs by providing assistance with feeding costs, grooming, and veterinary care.
