Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hey there!
I’m George & I am looking for a family to call mine! I was just another stray that ended up at a shelter. The nice rescue people took me out so I could go into a foster family while I wait to be adopted.
Some fun facts about me! I just adore snuggling up with Otis, who is a feline orange tabby in my foster home. 🐈 Not only do we cuddle but we play too. So if you have felines, tell them to get ready to cuddle with me! ❤️
I have three canine foster siblings. My favorite playmate is Louie, a super cool German Shepherd-Husky mix. We have the best adventures together! Then, there is Poppy. I love hanging out with her. She is beagle mix so she is much smaller than Louie. We are total couch potatoes, often napping together and even helping each other clean our ears—teamwork makes the dream work. Lastly but not least, there is Henry who is a hound mix and obsessed with everyone’s ears so my ears are extra clean! 👂
I’m quite the talker—I love to engage with my foster mom and dad by nosing them for attention and “talking” to them. If you ever ask me what's wrong, be prepared for my best Chewbacca impression in response! I promise it’ll crack you up!
Walking on a leash? I’m a total dream! And I’m kennel trained and treat motivated, which means I’m always up for some yummy goodies! My favorite snacks include avocado, watermelon, green apples, yogurt, cheese, and turkey. Just a little warning—I’m an excited eater, so I might need a slow feeder to help me savor those treats! 🦴
When it comes to my favorite activity, nothing beats putting my head in your neck for some cozy cuddles. I’m a big sweetheart who loves to please, but I can get my feelings hurt easily, so I appreciate all the love and touch you can give! I can’t wait to find my forever home so I hope someone hears my heart in the he bio I wrote about myself. 💙💗
Love,
George
