Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Truman, a one-year-old, 50-pound sweetheart with the biggest heart and softest eyes. This gentle lover boy spent months in a local shelter, where he slowly lost weight and grew anxious behind kennel walls. He was so stressed that he would spin and jump in his kennel until his paw pads bled.
But once Truman landed in his foster home, he exhaled—and instantly settled in. Now, he’s happy, healed up, and showing his true, loving nature. Truman adores people and dogs alike. He enjoys playing but really shines when it’s time to cuddle, whether it’s curling up next to his foster siblings or snuggling into his human’s side.
Easygoing and affectionate, Truman is working on his crate training and is well mannered. He’s ready to find a forever home that will give him all the love and security he deserves.Big Paws of the Ozarks is a foster-based dog rescue in Northwest Arkansas. We require an approved adoption application on file before scheduling meets with our dogs. You can find the application here (www.bigpawsozarks.org/adoption-application). Please email info@bigpawsoftheozarks.org if you have specific questions about an available dog.
