Maxx’s owner has sadly passed away and now he is looking for a new forever family.
He is a true family dog, who has always been surrounded by teenage grandchildren but not other dogs, so he needs to be your one-and-only. Also, he can be reactive to other dogs.
Maxx knows some basic commands as SIT, SHAKE, and DOWN. He loves to play fetch with the tennis ball.
He has some hip and nerve issues that are treated successfully with gabapentin.
Maxx is incredibly sweet with people and loves kids. Maxx will thrive in a home with a large yard where there is room to run or a rural area; he loves to be active.
He can be left at home for periods of time without any problem. But who would want to do that when he can be by your side enjoying life’s joys and adventures.
The person or family who open their hearts to Maxx will be rewarded with an adoring and loyal lifetime companion. Max has so much more love to give to his next forever family.
