Meet Sara!
Sara is a gentle, tender-hearted girl who’s ready for a fresh start and a family who will love her at her own pace. After not having much human interaction in her past, she’s naturally a bit shy—but with patience, kindness, and a calm environment, she blossoms beautifully.
She’s wonderfully behaved on leash and does great around people once she feels safe. She may let out a bark here and there, but she listens well and settles quickly with gentle guidance. Sara is also a great passenger—she rides nicely in the car and loves a treat or two along the way!
Currently living with other dogs, Sara enjoys the company of canine friends and would do well in a home with another dog who can help her feel secure.
If you’re looking for a sweet, quiet companion who just needs a chance to shine, Sara is waiting for the person who will show her what love truly feels like.
