Say hello to Windy, the 5 month old puppy with the ears of a secret agent and the personality of a highly demanding executive. She's beautiful, she's cautious, and she runs a very tight ship.
A Tender Soul: While she acts tough and feisty, Windy is actually a bit of a skeptic. The world is big, and she finds many new things to be "suspect." She thrives with reassurance to show her that new sights and sounds are not so scary.
Ear-Powered Intelligence: Her incredible, stand-up ears aren't just for show—they're a high-powered information gathering system that makes her look like she's permanently hunting for more gossip. Also, her stunning eyes mean she always gets what she wants.
Training Excellence: This puppy is a stickler for the schedule. She's great at house and crate training, but her clock is non-negotiable. She will happily sleep all night, but she views alarm clocks as rude and will begin her subtle (and not-so-subtle) crying demands before the alarm goes off to ensure breakfast is served on time. Don't be late.
Leash Walking is for Tourists: The outside world? Big and terrifying. Leash training is a work in progress because she is pretty sure the sidewalk is a lava flow and the wind is plotting against her. She needs a family that can turn walks into a chill adventure, not a life-or-death mission.
The Reward: After a full day of observation and brave playing, Windy loves to snuggle up on the couch. She is looking for a secure, loving, and patient home that will embrace her need for routine and help her blossom into a brave, well-adjusted adult.
