Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Copper has that classic, hound dog face, soulful eyes and endearing floppy ears, plus a graying muzzle that comes with the wisdom of age. Copper is an affectionate, amiable couch potato. He is house-trained, walks well on a leash and enjoys toys (especially the cat ones). Copper likes car rides but especially loves to cuddle and sleep with pillows (yes, he appreciates being tucked in with a blanket and will let you know with a bark if you forget to do it)!
Volunteers and staff unanimously agree that Copper is a DREAMBOAT! He’s friendly, sweet, easy-going, and well-mannered. He is smart and follows directions well. And he has just the right mix of energy –he`s fun and goofy but also mellow and relaxed. Copper really loves his humans, so his ideal home would be with semi-active, calm folks who want to be the center of his universe. He’d love a retirement home where he can be surrounded with softness and love – please give him that chance!
