Meet Shauna – A Gentle, Loving Little Companion 🐾💛
Shauna is a 1-year-old Black Mouth Cur/Chihuahua mix weighing just 17 pounds—small, sweet, and ready to snuggle her way into your heart. She may be a little shy at first, but with a few treats, soft words, and patience, she quickly blossoms into a loving, affectionate girl. 🌸
Shauna is very intelligent and eager to please, which makes training her a breeze. She’s already a wonderful listener and just needs a little more guidance with the basics. She’s still learning how to walk on a leash, but she’s making steady progress and is the kind of pup who will thrive with gentle encouragement and consistency. 🐶✨
This gentle-natured sweetheart has grown up around cats, kids, other dogs, and the elderly—getting along beautifully with all of them. She truly loves every creature she meets and has a calm, tender way about her that makes her easy to love.
Shauna also does well on car rides, making her a perfect travel buddy for road trips, errands, or family adventures. With her sweet personality and loyal heart, she’s ready to become someone’s best friend for life. 🚗💕
If you’re looking for a gentle, loving companion to bring warmth and joy to your days, Shauna may be the one. Come meet her and see for yourself just how special she is! Call 479-394-5682 to learn more. **************** All animals at HSO are current on their vaccinations and will be spayed/neutered prior to adoption. When you decide to adopt a pet, we charge a fee to cover some of our costs. (Except for 2 employees, all others are volunteers!) If there is any problem with your adopted pet, call us to work out a solution. Occasionally, we do take adopted pets back, but very seldom. This is why visiting our shelter is so important! We are willing to work with you! And we appreciate referrals!
