My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, I'm Bitty! -- -- Here is some information about me: -- -- I like to take treats from your hand. -- I'm a great bunny for busy households. -- I'm a great bunny for calm households. -- -- I don't like: -- loud noises, -- -- I am: -- calm, curious, easy-going, litter box trained, nervous, sweet, tidy, -- -- I like: -- napping, to be pet, to explore, -- Bitty & Skitty – The Trifecta of Love, Loyalty, and Hope -- -- -- -- Bitty and Skitty are the kind of pair that make you believe in second chances. They've been overlooked time and time again — not because they aren't wonderful, but because they carry what we call the “trifecta” of tough adoptions: they're a bonded pair, one is a black bunny, and the other is a red-eyed-white (REW). But behind those labels are two souls overflowing with love, loyalty, and quiet resilience. They've already been through so much together, and yet, they still greet every day with gentleness and hope. Bitty and Skitty adore each other. They nap snuggled up close, groom one another with such tenderness, and find comfort in each other's presence. They are calm, tidy, and easy to love — a ready-made family who simply needs someone to open their heart and home. -- -- -- -- Adopting this pair means becoming part of something truly meaningful. You're not just giving them a home; you're giving them a chance to finally be seen for who they really are — two gentle, loving bunnies who ask for nothing more than kindness and a bit of space to call their own. They're wonderfully litter-trained, well-mannered, and respectful of their surroundings. Their connection is so strong that it makes life easier for their humans, not harder. They bring out the best in each other — and will bring out the best in you, too. -- -- -- -- Bitty is the spirited heart of this duo — curious, brave, and full of love for her husbun, Skitty. She's a stunning REW bunny with mesmerizing ruby eyes that shimmer in the light. Those eyes tell a story — one of uniqueness, gentleness, and quiet strength. Often misunderstood, REWs like Bitty are some of the kindest souls you'll ever meet. Bitty loves head and back massages, greeting visitors, and exploring new spaces once she feels safe. She spooks easily, so a calm home would help her thrive, but she's done beautifully with her foster family's calm dog and preschooler. Bitty needs room to roam, a soft voice to reassure her, and someone who will proudly tell the world how incredible REW bunnies truly are. She's ready to bloom — she just needs the right person to help her do it. -- Bonded to Skitty Snape -- Apply for Bitty at https://rabbitangelsrabbitrescue.com/forms/adoption_app.php?bunname=Bitty Our adoption fee is $120 for a single and $180 for a bonded pair.
