My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello there, my name is Trollette, and I'm a professional cuddler seeking a permanent position. My qualifications include unparalleled sweetness, an insatiable desire for petting, and the ability to transform any lap into a haven of purrs.

I’m not exaggerating when I say I adore being petted. Seriously, you could pet me for hours, and I'd be in heaven. I might even drool a little (it's a sign of pure bliss, I swear!). I'm a devoted lap cat and will happily spend my days curled up with you, offering warmth and companionship.

While I appreciate the finer things in life (like naps and chin scratches), I’m not a fan of loud noises, fast movements, or tiny humans. Kids and chaos are definitely not on my list of favorite things. Dogs? Absolutely not. They are scary and loud. A calm, quiet environment is where I thrive.

If you're looking for a gentle, loving, and exceptionally laid-back cat to share your peaceful home with, please consider adopting me. I promise to repay your kindness with endless affection and a whole lot of purrs (and maybe a little drool... but only when I'm really happy!). I am ready to bring tranquility and sweetness into your life, one head-nuzzle at a time.

Go meet their pets

We will be holding adoption event days with PetSmart on Ft Jackson Blvd and Two Notch Rd as well as PetSense on Garners Ferry Rd. These are partnerships that we've initiated and that have been greeted with open arms by these great organizations. MUCH More to Come!

More about this rescue

At Cat Around Town Project, we believe that by spaying and neutering as many stray and colony cats as possible, we are proactively controlling overpopulation at its source. All kittens and any cats that are adoptable are removed from the colonies and adopted to suitable homes. One day, when the supply meets the demand, there will be a home waiting for every kitten in our community. .
