My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Puff is an 8 year old female fluffy puffy ball of fur! She was found as a stray and brought in to the Hesperia Animal Control. She arrived covered in burs, plant debirs and foxtails. After a bath and brush out, she is feeling much better! She is friendly and sweet! She is looking for a forever home that will maintain her beautiful white puffy coat! You can meet Puff at the Costa Mesa Petsmart (620 West 17th street, Costa Mesa) on Saturdays from 11:30-2:00!

Additional adoption info

Our adoption process starts with an application followed by an interview. If all goes well we will proceed with a home visit. At the time of the home visit we will bring the dog with us. If the home is safe, you will complete the adoption contract, pay the adoption fee and we will leave your new family member with you at that time.

Go meet their pets

Our adoption events are in Orange County on every Saturday. We also can make special arrangements during the week when it is impossible for someone to come on the weekends. Our goal is to pair up good pet parents with loving dogs in need.

More about this rescue

Our dogs are rescued from what is called "death row" at the city and county shelters, from a life abandoned on the streets, or from other situations of neglect and cruelty. While in our care they receive love, rehabilitation and medical care, if needed, and grooming. Since we are a small group, we are always in need of donations of any kind.
