Take the Pet Home
This helps Loved At Last Dog Rescue with pet care costs.
Hello there! My name is Vienna (Vida), and with my soft honey-colored fur and soulful eyes, I’m a quiet reminder that love can bloom again — even after being lost.
Here’s a little info about me:
About Me - My name means Life, and I carry that name with pride. I’m a sweet, calm, and affectionate girl who sees the good in everyone. I love people, enjoy playing with other dogs, and even get along beautifully with cats. I’m gentle by nature — never pushy, never loud — and I bring a peaceful energy to any space I’m in. If you sit near me, I’ll quietly come closer and rest beside you. I don’t need much — just someone to call home.
I’d love a family or person who values warmth and companionship over chaos — someone who enjoys simple walks, cozy evenings, and quiet moments together. I’ll follow you from room to room, wagging my tail softly just to remind you that you’re not alone.
My story - I was found all alone in the middle of the woods — scared, thin, and unsure if anyone would ever find me. But when rescuers approached, I didn’t run away. Instead, I wagged my tail. I wanted to trust, and I did. From that moment, my new life began. Now, I’ve learned that people can be kind, food can be plenty, and every day can start with a gentle pat on the head.
My past might have been lonely, but my heart has stayed open.
Health notes:
I am healthy, spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped
My adoption fee is $800.00 CAD plus applicable taxes. While our rescuers always seek a flight without a charge, there is the possibility of a passenger fee, not to exceed $300.
Disclaimer: It is important for all applicants to visit our website, http://www.lovedatlastdogrescue.ca/adopting/ and read about Loved at Last Dog Rescue. Information included in the profile is provided to us from the international rescuer or local fosters. LALDR does not have access to overseas dogs and cannot always verify the accuracy of their descriptions. Every dog is an individual and can act differently in different situations based on the person adopting them and the environment in which they live.

Take the Pet Home
As adopters of overseas dogs will be taking their dog home from the airport, they have a couple of weeks to decide if the dog is a fit.
