Mariposa is a stunning pup with soft copper-red fur and a heart ready to find her forever home. She’s just finishing up raising her puppies, and now it’s finally her turn to be spoiled.
This smart girl is very food motivated—especially when cheese is involved—and that makes training a breeze. Mariposa has lived with other dogs but would also be perfectly content as your one and only.
She can be insecure when meeting new people and will let them know with some barking at first. With patience, consistency, and plenty of treats, she learns to feel safe and settle in.
Mariposa isn’t leash trained yet, so she’ll need a home with a securely fenced yard where she can explore and build confidence at her own pace. With the right person by her side, Mariposa is going to shine.
(Adoption fee includes spay/neuter surgery, age-appropriate current vaccines, microchip, and preventative flea treatment.)
