Esther is a domestic shorthair that was originally adopted out in 2021 from our facility. Unfortunately due to owner health, poor Esther lost the only home she has ever known. Due to being kept outdoors for some time, she has become a little skittish when it comes to meeting new people. It only takes a couple of minutes for her to warm up to new faces. She loves and appreciates, gentle pets from calm, quiet people.
Esther would do best in a low-energy, calm home that is able to give her the time and patience she needs in order to become comfortable.
Her adoption fee is donation based aka choose your price! This covers her spay, up-to-date vaccinations, preventatives, FeLV/FIV testing, and microchip!
If you are interested in adopting or visiting Esther, please feel free to submit an adoption application at www.valleyanimal.org or walk in on the weekends from 10-4! We are appointment based Wednesday-Friday!

More about this shelter
Valley Animal Center houses thousands of dogs and cats annually until they are placed in loving homes. Majority of our shelter animals are rescued from local animal control agencies who have no more space for their animals. Even animals who have been abused, mistreated, abandoned, and injured are cared for and nurtured until a loving home is ready to adopt them.
We are easily accessible to the residents of the entire six-county region it serves. Even individuals from out of the area and out of state have come to Valley Animal Center to adopt animals from us and utilize our clinic services.
Our mission is to unite dogs and cat with loving people but it does not simply end at the adoption process. With our low-cost clinic, a membership-based dog park, and humane education resources found on our website, we want to ensure our community has easy access to resources that will help them along in their pet ownership journey.
