Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Jalen is a sweet, silly, and lovable goof who’s ready to steal your heart—and probably your spot on the couch. This handsome guy lives for soft beds, cozy blankets, and lounging near his people. He’s affectionate, cuddly, and always happy to soak up attention.
Jalen has a wonderfully balanced, mostly mellow energy with a playful side. He loves squeaky balls, stuffies, and has proudly taken on the role of household recycling assistant by enthusiastically shredding cardboard boxes. He’s a curious, endearing pittie who enjoys checking out every corner of his space.
Treats are the way to his heart—he’ll happily do just about anything for them, including taking his meds like a champ (string cheese is his favorite!). He’s very communicative, with minimal barking, and will politely let you know when it’s time to go outside.
With his gentle nature, goofy personality, and endless affection, Jalen is the kind of dog who makes a house feel like home. If you’re looking for a loving companion who brings both laughs and snuggles, Jalen might just be your perfect match
The Seattle Animal Shelter is committed to reducing length of stay for all of our shelter pets! Some pets qualify for FREE or reduced adoption fees, please inquire with our Animal Care team to learn more.
Pets are complex beings and prior to adoption, interested adopters will be counseled by a staff member to discuss the specific needs for each animal. This will include reviewing all known medical and behavior information.
