Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Ramen is an adorable male kitten who was brought to the HSOV on August 12, 2025 by a Good Samaritan who had found him in the New Matamoras Ohio area and rescued him from the engine compartment in an automobile. Ramen didn't seem to have suffered any major injuries (except for having the tip of his right ear cut off), but he was kept under close observation for a few day.

This little sweetheart has a dark orange tabby short smooth coat with a large patch of white on his chest, white socks on his paws, a long ringed tail, and a beautiful face with bronze/copper eyes, a pink nose, and long white whiskers.

Ramen was given vaccinations and wormer on August 25, 2025. He weighed 2.9 lbs that day. Ramen was given booster vaccines on September 25th 2025.

Ramen has the absolute sweetest personality, and he is one of the most playful kittens in our shelter (which speaks volumes about this little boy).

Ramen has always been good with other kittens, and he was delighted when a small brown tabby/white kitten (Peanut Butter Kiss) was introduced so that they could share a double-wide cage. These youngsters quickly became new best friends and are like 'brothers from another mother' .. So we hope that they will find a home together to continue their lifelong friendship.

Ramen was neutered on October 13, 2025 and was also given rabies vaccine. He weighed 4.12 lbs that day.

And quite incidentally (smile) Peanut Butter Kiss also happened to be neutered on October 13th 2025 .. This may be a sign (hint, hint) .. Both of the boys are now available for adoption.

Ramen was adopted on November 23, 2025.
