This handsome pair of 2-year old kitties (Monty and Foxy) were surrendered by their owner on October 1, 2025 because she could no longer take care of the boys.
Monty has an orange short smooth coat in a marbled tabby pattern, a large patch of white on his chest/belly, a long ringed tail, and an adorable (rather mischievous-looking) face with golden eyes, a pink nose, a white muzzle, and long white whiskers. Monty weighed 8.7 lbs and was neutered on October 13, 2025.
Foxy has a dark brown tabby short smooth coat with a large patch of white on his chest, white paws, a long ringed tail, and a handsome chubby face with golden eyes, a pink/brown nose, a white muzzle, and long white whiskers. Foxy weighs 12 lbs and has already been neutered.
Both of the boys were given vaccinations and Drontal wormer on October 2, 2025.
These photos of Monty and Foxy were taken on October 3rd. Foxy was cool, calm and collected. Monty appeared to be the social butterfly (or perhaps proverbial little brother-type who loved to be pushing the envelope, so-to-speak) (Smile).
Monty and Foxy had shared a large floor crate for the first few days that they were in our shelter but they were separated since they were getting on each other's nerves in the small confined space .. And needed their distance (hey .. we've all been there too guys, so we understand)~
This handsome pair of friends are ready to find a new home.
UPDATE: Monty and Foxy have been reunited in a large cat tower in the lobby of our shelter, and they are happy to be together again with more space. These boys would dearly love to enjoy the freedom of a fabulous home as a bonded pair.
