My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, I’m Reese’s Cup — your future favorite snack-sized sidekick. I may be a little shy at first, but once I melt into your lap, I’m all gooey goodness. Think of me as the peanut butter to your jelly, the feather toy to your wand, the soft purr to your chaotic day. I’ve been raised with seven other kittens (yes, it was a full candy aisle), so I know how to share, snuggle, and stir up a little mischief without causing a meltdown. I get along great with other cats—I’m basically the social glue in a fur-covered wrapper. Dogs? Haven’t met one yet, but I’m open to negotiations if they come bearing treats and respect my personal bubble. I have no weird habits, no drama—just a sweet boy with a soft center and a playful crunch. Adopt me and life will be purrfectly peanut buttery.

Go meet their pets

We will be holding adoption event days with PetSmart on Ft Jackson Blvd and Two Notch Rd as well as PetSense on Garners Ferry Rd. These are partnerships that we've initiated and that have been greeted with open arms by these great organizations. MUCH More to Come!

More about this rescue

At Cat Around Town Project, we believe that by spaying and neutering as many stray and colony cats as possible, we are proactively controlling overpopulation at its source. All kittens and any cats that are adoptable are removed from the colonies and adopted to suitable homes. One day, when the supply meets the demand, there will be a home waiting for every kitten in our community. .
