Pluto is a handsome 5-year-old cat who loves his independence and the great outdoors. He’s a skilled mouser who takes his outdoor duties seriously, happily spending his time exploring and hunting. While Pluto tolerates dogs, he prefers to keep to himself and enjoys having plenty of space. He’s not suited for a strictly indoor lifestyle, as he becomes restless and determined to find a way outside. Pluto would do best in a home where he can safely enjoy the outdoors—perhaps a farm, acreage, or a home with secure outdoor access—where his adventurous spirit can truly thrive.

Our adoption process involves completing a one-page adoption application. Applications are processed within 48 hours.
Adoption fees for cats/kittens are $130.00. All cats/kittens have been wormed, altered, tested for feline leukemia, given age-appropriate vaccinations, and are microchipped.
Adoption fees for dogs/puppies are $300.00 All dogs/puppies have been wormed, altered, tested for heart worm, given age-appropriate vaccinations, and are microchipped.
We also offer our Senior for Senior program matching senior animals to people over the age of 63. Adoption fees are waived for this program.

Camp Companion is dedicated to providing low-cost spay and neuter services for feral, farm and stray companion animals. The organization is funded solely by donations, fundraisers, grants, and adoption fees. All funds we receive are used for veterinary expenses and the cost of care incurred for the animals waiting for their forever homes.
Through our spay / neuter efforts, we encounter kittens and stray domestic cats that need rescue services and a forever home. We have no shelter, but rely on foster homes to care for these rescued pets. Every animal we offer for adoption is spayed or neutered.
