Here's what the humans have to say about me:
*** Georgie is NOT in the direct care of Happy Tails Happy Homes. We are assisting her current owners in rehoming her. If you are interested in Georgie, please fill out an application at https://www.happytailshappyhomes.org/adoptionform ***
Georgie is a sweet and goofy 6-year-old girl who’s ready to find her perfect forever home. She was rescued as a young pup from Republic, WA, and has spent most of her life in Snohomish. Her current family describes her as a loving companion who adores playtime, walks, and snuggling up with her people.
Georgie is very smart and eager to please—she picks up on training quickly with a little consistency. She’s fully potty trained, leash trained, and can be left alone for short periods, though she’s happiest when her humans are nearby.
Georgie does have mild incontinence, but it’s well managed with medication. She’s been regularly seen by her vet and is up to date on all care.
Her family is seeking a new home for her due to some territorial and resource-guarding behaviors around the young children in the home. Georgie has worked with a behaviorist and, with continued guidance, would thrive in an adult-only home. She’s been around other dogs but hasn’t lived with them, and she’s never been around cats.
Georgie is ready to share her heart and all her silly, snuggly energy with a loving family. Could that be you? ❤️
