Doc is a playful 10 months old, 32 lbs beagle mix puppy who loves other dogs! He was surrendered because his owner was not able to give Doc the time and attention that he needed. He's a very energetic boy that would do best with an active family. He is strong on leash and stops to sniff, so he may benefit from training and a good harness. Doc may need to be contained in the car, because this little guy loves to get all the smells from open windows!
Doc would be ok as an only dog and, as long as his new family is committed to giving him exercise, he may do well in an apartment because he is reasonably quiet. He is house-trained, and gated when he's alone in the house. Doc is expected to arrive in MA during early November
