Happy Life Beagle Rescue, a 501(c)(3) non-profit charitable organization, is a 100% volunteer run rescue established in 2022. We're a new rescue, however, collectively our Adoption Counselors have been rescuing beagles for decades. All have experience with other rescues, as well as being beagle lovers and owners themselves. Currently, the core volunteers within the rescue have 15 beagles between them.
Our combined experience and knowledge about the breed provides us with a wealth of information to draw from to make the best placements possible, as well as offer support to our adopters.

Adoption steps
- Submit ApplicationSubmit an Adoption Application on our website.
- InterviewOne of our Adoption Counselors will contact you for a phone interview and reference checks.
- Home CheckAllow a home visit with all family members present with one of our volunteers.
- Approve ApplicationIf our Adoption Counselor feels you are a good fit for one of our dogs they will approve your application and help you find a beagle.
- Meet the PetThis may be when the dog arrives or at a foster home if the dog is already in New England.
- Sign Adoption ContractAdoption contracts are signed electronically.
- Pay FeeFees are paid through out website.
