Meet Journey
Journey’s story is one of second chances. She was surrendered by her owner and found herself on the euthanasia list at a high-intake shelter through no fault of her own. Thankfully, she was rescued just in time and is now safe in a loving foster home in Reno, NV. Journey is smart, loyal, and eager to connect with her people. She loves spending time with those she trusts and thrives in a calm, structured environment. Journey can be selective with other dogs, so we recommend slow, thoughtful introductions if there are other pets in the home. She’s looking for an adopter who will give her the stability and love she deserves — someone who understands that trust takes time and is willing to walk this next chapter of her Journey together. She has some skin allergies that are now being treated and are managed with diet. (such a blue nose thing) Location: Reno, Nevada Adoption Fee: Includes spay/neuter, microchip, and age-appropriate vaccines. Compatibility: Dog selective; slow introductions recommended. Her foster mom says " Heya boss! Just an update on Journey’s vet visit: they thought she was very well behaved. they gave her a shot, a pill to take with dinner and special food. also a leave on mousse for the rashy areas. the vet said no people food and treats have to match the special food.
