My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Amelia is a fantastic, loving dog who's stolen the hearts of our volunteers - and it's easy to see why. She's sweet, friendly, and adores attention. Whether she's soaking up belly rubs or leaning in for cuddles, Amelia is happiest when she's with her people.
Amelia enjoys the simple pleasures in life: sunbathing, car rides, and leisurely walks that bring out her happy trot (which, by the way, is the cutest walk you'll ever see). While she's mostly low energy, she still gets a fun little burst of excitement now and then, especially in the evening. Amelia is the perfect companion for someone looking for a sweet, affectionate dog with a touch of quirky charm.
This unique girl is missing one eye, but it doesn't slow her down - it just makes her all the more special. She is deaf, so a patient and understanding home would be ideal. Because of this, she'd do best in a home without small children or cats. Amelia will also need a meet and greet with any potential doggy siblings to make sure it's a good fit.
