My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Acorn arrived at Long Beach Animal Care Services as a stray. Sadly, no one came to claim him, and the busy kennel environment quickly became stressful for this sensitive little guy. The shelter reached out for help, and on October 22nd, we happily welcomed Acorn as a Frosted Face.

Acorn is estimated to be 12 years old and weighs just under 13 pounds. He’s a sweet, gentle soul who doesn't let having limited vision slow him down one bit! He loves exploring on walks, going on outings, and playing with toys.

Currently, Acorn is on an extended Frosted Fling, and we’ve learned so much about how he thrives in a home. His Fling Mom shares that Acorn is a very good boy - gentle with her very young children and friendly with the neighborhood dogs, who he greets with a wagging tail instead of barking. He also loves car rides, walks, and cozy snuggles.

Don’t miss the adorable videos from Acorn’s fling—they show his fun personality and are guaranteed to make you smile!
