Meet Tootsie, an adorable young pup who is waiting to begin her next chapter! While she is still learning that the world isn't so scary, we've already started to see her learn to trust people - especially when there are tasty treats and fun toys involved. Tootsie hasn't quite mastered the art of walking on a leash yet, so she'll need a home with an enclosed potty area where she can feel secure while she practices her skills. She is looking for patient adopters who use positive reinforcement training to help her blossom into a confident, happy dog. An adopter who is skilled at reading body language and happy to move at her pace will find that once she warms up, she has an incredible amount of love to share.
