Tidal Wave is being fostered at one of Toronto Cat Rescue’s pet store partner locations. Please note that if you’re approved to adopt, you’ll need to pick them up from the store within 24 hours of being approved.
Tidal Wave is a shy young boy who’s still figuring out that humans can be pretty wonderful. He prefers the quiet life and will often tuck himself away in a cozy hiding spot, observing the world from a safe distance. But here’s the secret: once you scoop him up and give him some gentle cuddles, he purrs, relaxes, and clearly enjoys the affection — then, once he’s had his fill, he’ll politely retreat back to his favourite hideout to recharge.
Having a confident cat in his forever home if fine as he is comfortable around other cats and likes to sleep close to them.
Tidal Wave's ideal home is a patient, understanding one - with humans who respect his need for space, don’t mind a bit of hide-and-seek, and can give him time to blossom at his own pace.
