Still a puppy, Ichabod (affectionately called Ichy) is already showing what a wonderful companion he’s growing up to be. This cute, cuddly boy is house and crate trained. He often quietly hangs out in his XL crate most of the day, and while he’ll use a pee pad if needed, he usually waits patiently to go potty outside.
Ichabod is friendly, playful, and eager to please. He’s also food motivated and a quick learner, making training fun and rewarding. He may start off a bit timid and cautious, but once he warms up, his happy, laid-back personality shines through. He’s eager to greet new friends and loves spending time with his people — he definitely prefers human company and will gladly snuggle up whenever he can.
He’s been getting along well with his foster sibling, and is learning how to approach other dogs politely. He’s also curious about cats but respectful once they set their boundaries.
Ichabod is the perfect mix of sweet and smart — a calm, gentle puppy with a playful heart who’s ready to learn, love, and grow with his forever family.

We are excited to embark on this journey as a new foster-based rescue. We are looking to create a strong volunteer base. If you are interested please fill out our volunteer application here. As a foster-based rescue we need to have committed fosters in order to rescue and save mutts that are in need, if you know you want to foster a mutt for us fill out our foster application today!
