My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.

Meet Chance a long‑legged sweetheart with an even bigger heart.

If you’re looking for a puppy who’s equal parts adorable, playful, and irresistibly loving, Chance is your guy. With his lanky legs, soft eyes, and goofy grin, he’s the kind of pup who turns heads everywhere he goes. We think he may have some Vizsla in him, those elegant legs and that expressive face certainly hint at it, but only time (and future DNA testing) will tell. What we do know is that he’s 100% charm.

Chance has been raised in a lively, kid‑filled home with multiple dogs, constant activity, and endless love. Because of that, he’s wonderfully social, confident, and used to the joyful chaos of family life. He adores children of all ages, plays beautifully with other dogs, and thrives in an environment where there’s always something fun happening. In addition Chance attends doggy daycare.

This sweet boy is already house trained and crate trained.......a huge bonus for such a young pup. He has a moderate to high energy level, meaning he’s always ready for fetch, zoomies, and adventures, but once he’s gotten his wiggles out, he melts right into your lap for snuggles.

He’s working on his basic commands and is eager to learn, especially with someone who can guide him as he grows.

Chance would flourish with a family who has the time, patience, and affection to continue raising a young, active puppy. He’ll do best with someone who’s home often enough to give him the structure, attention, and love he craves.

If you want a happy, affectionate, intelligent puppy who will bring laughter, joy, and heart‑melting cuteness into your home every single day, Chance might just be the perfect addition to your family.

More about this rescue

We are not selective about the breed of dog we help. We consider the lives of all breeds to be equal. The labor force behind our mission is 100% volunteer staffed. We save dogs from shelters as well as from owners who cannot care for their dogs any longer. The dogs we take in are placed in loving foster homes until they find their forever home. We do not have a brick and mortar facility; we are 100% foster based including loving fospice for terminally ill dogs. We work to support the local community by providing education on care and treatment of dogs. Promoting safe handling, the importance of vaccinations, heartworm prevention, advocating and providing financial assistance to those in need for spay and neutering. We arrange for community outreach by building kennels and outdoor shelters to get dogs off chains.
