Meet Gucci – The Gentle, Lap-Loving Pit Bull Mix!
Gucci is a 6-year-old neutered male pit bull mix with a mellow, gentle personality and a heart full of love. He may be a little shy at first, but once he warms up, he’s all about affection, leaning in for pets, giving hugs, and even trying to sneak into your lap whenever he can. This curious guy enjoys sniffing and exploring his surroundings, taking treats gently, and showing off his “sit” on command. Gucci walks well on leash, making outings a relaxed and pleasant experience.
Gucci came in with his mother, Athena and has shown interest in other dogs through the fence, but a meet and greet is recommended to make sure any dog you may have is a good match. His previous family reported that he’s housebroken, crate trained, enjoys car rides, and gets along with adults and children alike. He does, however, have a zest for chasing cats, so a cat-free home might be best. If you’re looking for a calm, affectionate companion who loves snuggles, gentle walks, and quiet moments of love, Gucci is ready to become your loyal best friend.

All shelter locations are conducting animal viewing and adoptions on a first come, first serve basis. We are not able to move a pet from one location to another for your viewing.
The adoption fee is waived for all available pets in care and in foster homes. Standard adoption practices will still be in place, including background checks.
