Meet Coraline: Your Diamond in the Ruff

10-month-old Terrier Mix | ~30 lbs | Looks like a Mini Malinois

Coraline is a brilliant little soul wrapped in a sleek, brindle shepherd-esque package. At just under 30 pounds, she’s the perfect pocket sized powerhouse—think Malinois vibes with a terrier twist.

But don’t let her striking looks fool you: Coraline’s heart is tender, and she’s still learning that the world isn’t as scary as it sometimes feels.

*Smart as a Whip*

This girl is clever. She’s already figured out how to open doors (yes, really!) and thrives on mental stimulation. Coraline needs a family experienced with high drive, sensitive dogs, someone who understands that intelligence comes with quirks and that confidence is built, not expected.

*Sensitive + Sweet*

New places and unfamiliar faces can be overwhelming for Coraline, but with a calm, confident leader by her side, she blossoms. She’s incredibly loyal and affectionate once she knows she’s safe, forming deep bonds with her people.

She may benefit from a friendly, well adjusted canine sibling to show her the ropes but she’s not a match for homes with young children.

*What Coraline Needs:
• A patient, experienced home that understands anxious, working type dogs
• No young children
• A secure environment (she’s a door-opener!)
• A strong, gentle leader to guide her
• Bonus: a confident dog buddy to model joy and security

Coraline isn’t for everyone but she will be everything to the right someone. She's incredibly affectionate and loyal and can't wait to be someone's very best friend. She is only 10 months old and has already been through so much but she has so much potential.

Coraline is spayed, up to date on age appropriate vaccines, microchipped, heartworm tested negative, and kept on prevention here with us.

She’s waiting for a person who sees past the nerves and into the heart of a dog who just needs a chance. Could that be you?
