Meet Luna!
This beautiful 9-year-old, 45-pound Husky mix is Luna. She is a gentle, loving girl who truly enjoys being around her people and thrives on companionship—whether it’s relaxing at home or spending time together outdoors.
Luna would do best as the only dog in the home, where she can soak up all the love and attention for herself. True to her Husky roots, she can be a bit of an escape artist, so extra care should be taken when opening doors or securing the yard.
She is fully house-trained and crate-trained, making her an easy addition to the right home. She’s good on the leash and absolutely loves getting out for walks, where she can stretch her legs and take in the world around her.

If you are interested in adopting Luna, please submit an inquiry directly to Greater Charlotte SPCA by visiting charlottespca.org/adopt. The adoption amount is a suggested donation of $200 to $300 dollars based on the pet's age.
**Because our rescue is composed entirely of volunteers, local applications will take precedence. We will accept out of town applications, but any family is responsible for coming to Charlotte to complete a meet and greet. All out of town applicants will also have to be willing to drive to Charlotte to pick up the pet as soon as they are approved to adopt. **
